Choosing between them is not a question of which brand is best, but of which concentration and viscosity the area needs. Thinner formulas go under the eyes and into delicate skin; denser ones into scars and marked atrophy. Polynucleotides are often combined: PDRN first as the foundation, then a biorevitalisant or exosomes for surface quality.
A standard course is 3–4 sessions at 2–3 week intervals, with maintenance every 4–6 months. The effect builds gradually and is not judged sooner than a month after the last session, once collagen synthesis has finished.
