Facial cleansing is not one procedure but several, and the right one is chosen by the state of your skin rather than by name. Mechanical cleansing (50 AZN) is done by hand under magnification and remains the most thorough way to clear comedones and blocked pores. Ultrasonic is gentler and suits surface congestion and sensitive skin. Combined does both: ultrasound softens, hands finish the job.
For oily skin with many blocked pores, the usual choice is the combo acne-and-blackheads cleanse (70 AZN) or carbon (70 AZN), where a carbon mask draws out pore contents and the laser works on the sebaceous glands. Hollywood hydro-peel (120 AZN) is the gentlest option with no extraction at all — skin is cleared by a vortex flow with serums, and you can go straight out afterwards.
Men's skin has its own protocols (70 AZN, premium 110 AZN): it is thicker, with more active sebaceous glands, and often needs work on ingrown hairs from shaving. Express cleansing (40 AZN) is a 30-minute option for freshening up before an event rather than solving a problem.

How long do results last, and how often should I go?
Pores stay clear for roughly 3–6 weeks — after that it depends on your home routine. Oily skin is treated every 1–2 months, dry and normal every 2–3. More often is counterproductive: over-cleansing damages the barrier and the skin compensates with more oil.
What should I avoid afterwards?
For the first 2–3 days: no scrubs, acids, retinol, steam rooms, saunas, pools or sweaty workouts. Do not touch your face or squeeze anything left behind. Sunscreen is essential, or inflamed spots will leave pigmentation.
Can it be done with active acne?
With isolated breakouts, yes, on a gentle protocol. With widespread inflammatory acne, mechanical cleansing is contraindicated — it spreads infection. In that case the acne is treated first and cleansing is added later as support.
