Biorevitalisation means injecting hyaluronic acid and supporting actives into the skin to bring back hydration, density and tone. Unlike a filler it creates no volume and changes no shape: it works on skin quality — dryness, dullness, fine crêping, the loss of firmness after a summer, a stressful period or rapid weight loss.

These products differ less in strength than in what is added to the hyaluronic acid. Hyalual (Xela Rederm), in three concentrations, pairs HA with succinic acid and focuses on antioxidant protection. Jalupro and Jalupro HMW add four amino acids — the raw material for collagen synthesis. Teosyal PureSense Redensity I carries eight amino acids, antioxidants, vitamin B6 and lidocaine. RRS HA Long Lasting gives prolonged hydration; Novacutan Y-Bio and S-Bio are the premium densifying option for mature skin. Filorga's NCTF 135 and 135 HA are classic mesotherapy built from 53 ingredients, while Aquashine BR and PTX work through peptides — the first on pigmentation and tone, the second as a stronger anti-ageing formula.

The choice depends on age, skin condition and goal. Gentle concentrations for a first course or sensitive skin; richer formulas, or a combination with polynucleotides, for mature skin that has lost density. Biorevitalisation is often done before fillers: contouring looks more natural on hydrated, dense skin.

A course is usually 2–4 sessions at 1–3 week intervals, with maintenance every 2–4 months. The full effect is assessed 3–4 weeks after the last session.
