ParamedADN Restart 2% is Mesopharm's polydeoxyribonucleotide product. The active is sodium deoxyribonucleotide at 2% — salmon-milt DNA fragments under 450 kDa — with tripeptide-1 and a neutral pH 7.0 buffer. Polynucleotides work as both building material and a repair signal: they create no volume and fill no wrinkles, they change the quality of the skin itself — density, firmness, the ability to hold water. How it works
ParamedThe skin is cleansed, disinfected and numbed for 15–20 minutes where needed. The product is placed by microinjections into the mid-dermis using a pattern chosen for the area. A facial session takes 30–40 minutes and finishes with a soothing product and SPF.
Technology
ParamedFragment size is not a technicality — it determines how the product behaves in tissue. Fragments under 450 kDa spread more gently and pass more easily through thin skin, which makes ADN Restart suitable for delicate areas and for a first course where predictable tolerance matters. The tripeptide-1 reinforces the collagen signal, and the neutral pH reduces discomfort on injection. The product is injected — papular or linear-retrograde technique depending on the area.
