ParamedPOLY-N Strong is an Italian product built on polymerised polynucleotides at 25 mg/ml, in a 2 ml syringe. That is the top of the scale: most PDRN products sit between 7.5 and 20 mg/ml. Nucleotides in the form of nucleic acids mobilise fibroblasts to rebuild collagen and elastin — skin becomes denser, texture more even, the jawline more defined. The product is biocompatible and creates no volume: it is not a filler but a stimulus for the skin's own resources. Contraindications apply and a specialist consultation is required.

How it works
ParamedThe skin is cleansed, disinfected and numbed for 20 minutes. The gel is placed into the mid-dermis with a linear-retrograde or papular technique, distributed carefully across the area. The session takes 30–40 minutes and finishes with a soothing product and SPF.
Technology
ParamedA high concentration changes not just the strength of the effect but the logic of use. A dense gel spreads more slowly and stays in tissue longer, so it is chosen for areas with marked atrophy, loss of tone and a deformational ageing pattern — not for prevention at 25. The flip side is that the session is felt more than with gentle formulas like ADN Restart, and it demands careful technique: the doctor chooses depth and distribution to avoid unevenness. For the same reason POLY-N Strong is rarely used on thin under-eye skin, where less concentrated products fit better.

Preparation & aftercare
Paramed- No aspirin or NSAIDs for 5–7 days (after agreeing it with your doctor)
- No peels or sunbathing for 3 days
