Exosomes are extracellular vesicles — microscopic carriers cells use to signal each other. Dives AXC1000 adds hyaluronic acid and polynucleotides to its exosomes. Medisepte's M-Exosomes Soft is a 10 ml milk-exosome format built for larger areas.
We are direct about that difference because it drives both the result and the price. If the goal is maximum regeneration after an aggressive procedure, a stem-cell exosome product is the sounder choice. If you want a gentle maintenance course covering face, neck and décolleté at once, the high-volume option makes more sense. In androgenetic alopecia exosomes reinforce baseline therapy rather than replace it, and scarring alopecia does not recover with any of them.
