The difference is the nutritive half of the formula — polynucleotides (PDRN), hyaluronic acid in two molecular weights, vitamins and amino acids. How it works
ParamedThe skin is cleansed, disinfected and numbed for 15–20 minutes. The vial is activated before the session. The product is spread across the skin and worked in with microneedling at a depth chosen for the area and the goal. A facial session takes 40–50 minutes and finishes with a soothing product and SPF.

ParamedThe point of NC150+ is that exosomes and PDRN work at different levels and reinforce each other. Exosomes are the signal — they switch fibroblasts on. PDRN is both building material and a regeneration stimulus in its own right, familiar from products like Rejuran and Plinest. Preparation & aftercare
