Dermoaroma's trichology formula: 20 billion colostrum exosomes, 200 mg across 20 growth factors, hyaluronic acid in two molecular weights, 7 peptides and 8 vitamins. The goal is to bring hair follicles back to a normal growth cycle.

Purasomes HSC50+ (Hair & Scalp Complex) is Dermoaroma's scalp product. It contains 20 billion bovine-colostrum exosomes, 200 mg of a 20-growth-factor complex, 25 mg of high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (1100–1400 kDa) and 25 mg of the low-molecular-weight fraction (80–100 kDa), 7 peptides and 8 vitamins. The logic is not to strengthen the hair shaft from outside but to act on the follicle — to resynchronise the growth cycle when part of it has slipped early into rest. Contraindications apply and a specialist consultation is required.
The scalp is cleansed and disinfected, with numbing cream where needed. The vial is activated before the session. The product is applied along parted sections and worked in with microneedling using the standard scalp pattern. The session takes 30–40 minutes, and finishes with aftercare advice: no hair washing for 12 hours, no heat styling for a day.
Hair loss almost never has a single cause, and that dictates where exosomes belong in a protocol. In diffuse shedding after stress, childbirth, iron deficiency or an infection, follicles move into the telogen phase together — signalling therapy works well here, helping to resynchronise the cycle. In androgenetic alopecia exosomes reinforce baseline therapy but do not replace it: without addressing the follicle's sensitivity to DHT the result will not hold. Scarring alopecia does not recover with any existing product — the follicle has been physically replaced by connective tissue. We say this before a course, not after. The product goes in through scalp microneedling: the microchannels handle delivery, and the procedure itself stimulates microcirculation.
Exosomes reinforce baseline therapy and improve hair quality, but they do not replace it. Without addressing the follicle's hormonal sensitivity the result will not hold — the doctor will explain the plan at the consultation.
No. Purasomes is applied through microneedling: the device creates microchannels, the product reaches the scalp, and the procedure itself improves microcirculation.
Shedding changes before growth does — usually after 4–6 weeks. Density and hair quality are assessed three months after starting.
Usually 4 at 2–4 week intervals, then maintenance every 2–3 months. We confirm the plan after trichoscopy.
Yes, that is a common protocol. The doctor sets the order and intervals based on the cause of the shedding.
Book a trichology consultation — we'll run trichoscopy, identify the cause of the shedding and choose a protocol.
Book a consultation →A standard course is 4 sessions at 2–4 week intervals, then maintenance every 2–3 months. Judging the result before three months is pointless: hair grows about a centimetre a month, and the first sign of response is usually less shedding rather than new growth. A course is worth starting after trichoscopy, which shows whether the problem really is the growth cycle.
Compared with ExoCoBio ASCE+ HRLV and Zishel Xomage H this is a different source of exosomes — colostrum rather than stem cells. Compared with Promoitalia's ExoSignal Hair it is natural vesicles rather than synthetic exosomal structures with PDRN. Compared with PRP, HSC50+ needs no blood draw and gives a standardised composition, but PRP is cheaper and in many cases holds its own. The honest answer: in diffuse shedding the gap between good products is smaller than the gap between doing a course and not doing one, and in androgenetic alopecia the decisive factor is baseline therapy, not which exosome brand you pick.
At Paramed hair work always starts with diagnostics: trichoscopy, and blood tests where needed. Only then is it clear whether an exosome course is the right move, whether it will help in your case, and what to combine it with. We say plainly when a product will not solve the problem — scarring alopecia, for example. We work with original Dermoaroma products; the price for HSC50+ is quoted at the consultation.
