Overview
ParamedExoSignal™ Hair belongs to the ExoSignal line by the Italian company Promoitalia and is formulated for the scalp. The ampoule holds 5 ml; a single session uses 1.5–2 ml. The formula is built on a synthetic exosomal structure that acts as a carrier for the actives, and on high-molecular-weight PDRN, which reduces inflammation and supports the cells of the dermal papilla. Added to that are eight biomimetic peptides selected specifically for the scalp, plant stem cells and vitamins for cellular metabolism, plus panthenol, glutathione, biotin and high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid. It is applied transdermally with microneedling along the standard scalp directions.

How it works
ParamedThe scalp is cleansed and disinfected. 1.5–2 ml of product is spread evenly across the thinning zones and delivered transdermally with microneedling along the standard scalp directions, so the actives pass the stratum corneum. The session takes 30–40 minutes. It finishes with a soothing product; do not wash your hair for 24 hours.
Technology
ParamedExoSignal Hair belongs to the same family as the same manufacturer's V-Tech System, and that is worth knowing: this is a synthetic exosomal structure — a biomimetic carrier — not exosomes derived from human cells as in ExoCoBio or BENEV. The main active block here is high-molecular-weight PDRN plus a complex of eight biomimetic peptides aimed at stimulating the scalp. That composition works in two directions at once: it lowers the inflammatory load that often sustains hair loss, and it signals the follicle to move into an active growth phase. Glutathione and vitamins cover the antioxidant side, while biotin and panthenol support the quality of the hair and the scalp.

Preparation & aftercare

The manufacturer declares a synthetic exosomal structure — a biomimetic carrier for the actives. If you specifically want cell-derived exosomes, that is ExoCoBio ASCE, BENEV or Zishel Xomage H, which are separate items in the price list.
? How is it different from hair mesotherapy? ⌄
Mesotherapy cocktails work mostly nutritionally and through peptides. ExoSignal adds high-molecular-weight PDRN — an active with an anti-inflammatory and regenerative profile, the same class used in polynucleotide protocols.
? How many sessions are needed? ⌄

Course plan

The first marker is less shedding after 4–6 weeks; objective progress in density is assessed on trichoscopy after 3–4 months, once new hair has grown out.
Comparison

Compared with PRP, the product is standardised, whereas plasma quality depends on the patient.
