The soft version of the M-Exosomes line: a 10 ml vial instead of a syringe, milk exosomes paired with high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid. Built for larger areas — the whole face, neck, décolleté and hands.

M-Exosomes Soft belongs to Medisepte's M-Exosomes line. Its active base is exosomes isolated from buffalo milk: natural vesicles carrying growth-factor proteins, lipids and RNA that act as signalling carriers between cells. The 10 ml vial holds more than 0.5 billion nanoparticles per millilitre together with sodium hyaluronate of 1400–1600 kDa at 6 mg/ml, so the product delivers signalling stimulation and substantial hydration at once. The "Soft" in the name is about format rather than weakness: the dilution is gentler and the volume larger, enough to cover wide areas in a single session. Contraindications exist and a specialist consultation is required.
The skin is cleansed and disinfected, and numbing cream is applied for 15–20 minutes where needed. The product is delivered by microinjections using mesotherapy technique, or spread across the skin and worked in with microneedling — the choice depends on the area and the goal. A facial session takes 30–40 minutes, around an hour with the neck and décolleté. It finishes with a soothing product and SPF.
Milk exosomes are a distinct branch of exosome aesthetics. Unlike products built on mesenchymal stem-cell exosomes (ExoCoBio ASCE+, BENEV, Zishel) and unlike Promoitalia's synthetic exosomal structures, the source here is natural milk: these vesicles are stable, well tolerated and produced at volume, which is exactly what makes the 10 ml vial format possible. The 1400–1600 kDa hyaluronic acid in the formula works not as a filler but as a moisture-holding matrix: it gives immediate density and bounce while the exosomes start the slower work of the fibroblasts. The product is delivered by mesotherapy technique or applied through microneedling, depending on the area and the state of the skin.
Format and concentration. Soft is a 10 ml vial with more than 0.5 billion nanoparticles per millilitre and 6 mg/ml of hyaluronic acid; the standard version is a 2 ml syringe but carries more than 2 billion per millilitre. Soft is for large areas and gentle maintenance courses, the standard one for intensive focused work.
They are different sources. Milk vesicles are stable, well tolerated and available at volume, but products based on stem-cell exosomes (ASCE+, BENEV) carry higher concentrations and a different signalling profile. The doctor picks the product for the job, not for the loudest name.
Usually 4–6 at 10–14 day intervals. The exact number depends on the starting condition of the skin and the area — the doctor decides at the consultation.
Yes, that is a common protocol: the product is applied through microneedling or prescribed after laser procedures for recovery. The doctor sets the intervals.
Yes — that is what the 10 ml format is for: one vial is enough to treat the face together with the neck and décolleté, or to add the hands.

Book a consultation →A standard course is 4–6 sessions at 10–14 day intervals. The first changes in hydration and tone show after one or two sessions, while work on skin density needs the full course — collagenogenesis unfolds over weeks, not days. Maintenance follows every 2–3 months. The 10 ml volume lets one visit cover the face together with the neck and décolleté without buying a second product.
Medisepte's line also includes the standard M-Exosomes — a 2 ml syringe with more than 2 billion nanoparticles per millilitre and 12 mg of hyaluronic acid. Soft is built the other way round: lower concentration, larger volume. So the standard version suits focused, intensive work on the face, while Soft fits when the face, neck, décolleté and hands need covering in one session, or for a gentle maintenance course. Compared with ExoCoBio ASCE+ SRLV and BENEV this is a different class: those carry stem-cell exosomes at markedly higher particle concentrations, and they are what people choose as the flagship after laser resurfacing. We say that plainly — if the goal is maximum regenerative effect after an aggressive procedure, ASCE+ or BENEV is the sounder choice, while M-Exosomes Soft is strong as a high-volume hydrating and restorative protocol.
At Paramed every exosome protocol starts with an examination: the doctor assesses the skin and says plainly whether you need a flagship stem-cell exosome product or whether a gentler high-volume protocol will do the job. We work with original products, control storage conditions and expiry dates, and quote the price for M-Exosomes Soft at the consultation — it depends on the number of areas and the volume used per session.
