How it works
ParamedThe skin is cleansed, disinfected and numbed for 15–20 minutes if needed. The product is placed into the superficial dermis with a papular or linear technique — a grid of micro-injections across the area. A face takes 20–30 minutes, with neck and décolletage up to 40. It finishes with a soothing product and SPF, and the papules settle within a few hours.
Technology
Paramed20 mg/ml is the top of the range for non-cross-linked acid: Hyalual runs at 1.1–2.2%, and most baseline biorevitalizants sit at 15–18 mg/ml. The acid here is not chemically cross-linked, so it adds no volume and resorbs completely: it draws water into the dermis and, while it lasts, acts as a matrix around which fibroblasts synthesise more of their own collagen. The limits follow from that, and it is fairer to state them upfront: biorevitalization does not fill deep folds or lift the jawline — it changes hydration, density and tone. The 2 ml syringe format is convenient when a single visit covers not just the face but the neck and décolletage or the hands.

The acid here is not cross-linked: it holds no shape and adds no volume — it draws water and resorbs completely. A filler restores volume; biorevitalization changes skin quality. Different jobs, and one does not substitute for the other.
? Is having no peptides a downside? ⌄
