Overview
ParamedJalupro is a product from the Swiss company Professional Derma and one of the first cocktails on the market to combine hyaluronic acid with amino acids. The formula is built on four amino acids — glycine, proline, lysine and leucine. That isn't an arbitrary set: glycine and proline make up a substantial part of the collagen chain, lysine participates in stabilising it, and leucine supports protein synthesis. The hyaluronic acid meanwhile provides hydration and creates an environment for fibroblasts to work in. Both the classic Jalupro and Jalupro HMW with high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid are available at Paramed. A consultation is required; contraindications apply.

How it works
ParamedThe skin is cleansed, disinfected, and a numbing cream is applied for 20–25 minutes. The product is delivered by microinjection into the mid dermis — papular or linear-retrograde technique depending on the area and the version. A face session takes 30–40 minutes. It finishes with a soothing product and SPF.
Technology
ParamedThe difference between the two versions lies in the molecular weight of the hyaluronic acid, and therefore in how deeply each works. The classic Jalupro, with lower-molecular-weight HA, distributes more gently and suits a base protocol and prevention from age 25. Jalupro HMW uses high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid: it persists longer in the tissue and delivers more pronounced densification, which is why HMW is chosen for noticeable loss of tone and for deeper fibroblast stimulation. The amino-acid complex is identical in both versions — and it's what separates Jalupro from purely hyaluronic biorevitalizers: the skin receives building material, not just moisture.

Preparation & aftercare

? Why are there amino acids in a biorevitalizer? ⌄
Hyaluronic acid retains moisture but gives the skin no material for collagen synthesis. Glycine, proline, lysine and leucine are exactly that material. So the product works on hydration and on stimulating your own collagen.

ParamedA standard course is 2–4 sessions spaced 1–2 weeks apart. The classic Jalupro is more often run as 4 sessions; for HMW, 2–3 suffice because high-molecular-weight HA persists longer in the tissue. Maintenance is one session every 2–3 months. Full effect builds by weeks 3–4 after the last session, as collagenesis completes.
Comparison
ParamedAgainst Novacutan Y-Bio the composition is close (HA + 4 amino acids), but Novacutan uses a higher HA concentration. Against Hyalual the emphasis differs fundamentally: Hyalual bets on succinic acid and antioxidant protection, Jalupro on amino acids and collagenesis. Against NCTF 135 the amino acids in Jalupro arrive concentrated rather than inside a broad vitamin complex. Jalupro is often used as preparation before fillers — dense, well-hydrated skin holds the result better.
