Overview
ParamedNCTF (New Cellular Treatment Factor) is a polyvitamin cocktail from the French laboratory Filorga and one of the most recognisable products in mesotherapy. It contains 53 active ingredients: vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes, nucleic acids and antioxidants. Its logic differs from concentrated biorevitalizers: rather than filling the skin with hyaluronic acid, NCTF creates a nutrient environment in the dermis in which fibroblasts work more actively. Two versions are available at Paramed — the base NCTF 135 and NCTF 135 HA with added free hyaluronic acid. A consultation is required; contraindications apply.

How it works
ParamedThe skin is cleansed, disinfected, and a numbing cream is applied for 20–25 minutes. The product is delivered by microinjection into the superficial dermis — nappage (frequent superficial punctures) or papular technique depending on the area and the goal. A face session takes 25–35 minutes. It finishes with a soothing product and SPF.

Its 53 ingredients cover different links in cellular metabolism: B and C vitamins as enzyme cofactors, amino acids as building material for collagen and elastin, minerals and coenzymes for cellular energy, antioxidants against oxidative stress. This kind of nutrient shower shows most clearly on dull, dehydrated, tired skin — where the problem isn't volume but the quality of metabolic processes. The 135 HA version adds free hyaluronic acid on top, so it delivers a more pronounced hydration effect and suits noticeably dry skin better.

Preparation & aftercare

The HA version additionally contains free hyaluronic acid. The 53-ingredient nutrient complex is identical in both, but 135 HA delivers more pronounced hydration and is preferable when the skin is noticeably dry.

ParamedA standard course is 3–4 sessions spaced 2–3 weeks apart. NCTF is often placed first in a broader programme: level up skin quality, then move on to more concentrated biorevitalizers or device treatments. Maintenance is one session every 1–2 months. The first radiance shows within a few days; the cumulative effect builds toward the end of the course.
