Overview
ParamedReNAD+ is a skin booster made by the South Korean company Ayoon Medi. Its key ingredient is NAD⁺ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), a coenzyme found in every cell that takes part in energy production and DNA repair. It is combined with hyaluronic acid for hydration, PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide, salmon DNA) for regeneration and niacinamide for an even tone. At Paramed the procedure is performed by cosmetologist Dr. Elvira Zakiyeva. A consultation is required; there are contraindications.

ParamedAccording to the manufacturer, the formula contains NAD⁺ 1,000 ppm, sodium hyaluronate 2%, sodium DNA (PDRN) 0.2%, niacinamide 0.1% and sodium chloride for osmotic balance. The idea is to combine three mechanisms in one injection: NAD⁺ supports cellular energy, PDRN helps tissue repair and hyaluronic acid holds moisture. Each box contains 3 syringes of 2.5 ml.

ParamedReNAD+ is the product Paramed uses for NAD⁺ mesotherapy: its NAD⁺ is combined with hyaluronic acid, PDRN and niacinamide. Compared with pure polynucleotides (PDRN), it adds hyaluronic-acid hydration and NAD⁺. Compared with Jalupro the focus differs: Jalupro supplies amino acids for collagen synthesis, while ReNAD+ targets cellular energy and regeneration.
