Overview
ParamedHyalual is a product from the Swiss company Hyalual Institute, built on the pairing of hyaluronic acid with succinic acid (succinate). That pairing is what separates the method from classic biorevitalization: hyaluronic acid handles hydration and the volume of the extracellular matrix, succinic acid handles antioxidant protection and cellular energy. The product comes in three concentrations, and choosing between them isn't a question of more-is-better but of matching the goal. All three are available at Paramed: 1.1%, 1.8% and 2.2%. How it works
ParamedThe skin is cleansed, disinfected, and a numbing cream is applied for 20–25 minutes. The product is delivered by microinjection into the superficial and mid dermis — papular or linear technique depending on the area and concentration. A face session takes 30–40 minutes. It finishes with a soothing product and SPF.
Technology
ParamedSuccinic acid is a Krebs-cycle metabolite — a natural participant in cellular respiration. Within Hyalual it acts both as an antioxidant and as a modulator: it reduces oxidative stress, supports fibroblast energy and, according to the manufacturer, slows the enzymatic degradation of the injected hyaluronic acid. The practical result is that the injected HA works longer, and the skin responds not only with hydration but with improved tone. Concentration is chosen by skin thickness and condition: 1.1% for sensitive, thin skin and a first experience of biorevitalization, 1.8% as the universal standard for face 30+, 2.2% for mature skin with pronounced loss of density.

Preparation & aftercare

Paramed? Which concentration should I choose? ⌄
Your practitioner decides at the consultation. As a guide: 1.1% for thin, sensitive skin or a first biorevitalization; 1.8% as the universal option for face 30+; 2.2% for mature skin with noticeable loss of density. A higher concentration doesn't mean better — it means denser.
? How does redermalization differ from biorevitalization? ⌄
Redermalization is Hyalual's term for a protocol that includes succinic acid. Technically it is biorevitalization, but with an added antioxidant and energy component rather than hyaluronic acid alone.
? How many sessions are needed? ⌄
Usually 3–5, spaced 7–14 days apart. The number depends on the starting condition of the skin and the concentration — some patients see a sufficient result after 3 sessions.
? Will there be marks? ⌄
Papules last 1–2 days, and on thin skin small bruises are possible for up to 5 days. Plan the session about a week before any important event.
? Can it be combined with botulinum toxin and fillers? ⌄
Yes. Botulinum toxin and fillers are usually done before biorevitalization or 1–2 weeks after — your practitioner will set the sequence at the consultation.

ParamedA standard course is 3–5 sessions spaced 7–14 days apart, with the exact interval depending on concentration and how the skin responds. Concentration is sometimes stepped up within a course: starting at 1.1% and continuing at 1.8%. Maintenance is one session every 1–2 months. Full effect is assessed 2–4 weeks after the last session.
Comparison
ParamedAgainst NCTF 135 (Filorga) the goal differs: NCTF is a nutrient cocktail of 53 ingredients, Hyalual is a targeted pairing of HA and succinate. Against Novacutan S-Bio the mechanism is similar (succinic acid there too), but Hyalual offers a choice of three concentrations. Against Jalupro, Hyalual contains no amino acids — instead of driving collagen synthesis the emphasis is hydration and antioxidant protection. In a comprehensive anti-aging protocol the products are often alternated.
