RRS® (Repairing Rejuvenating Skin) is a line of injectable cocktails from the Spanish company Skin Tech Pharma Group. The HA Long Lasting formula is built around high-concentration hyaluronic acid, complemented by vitamins, amino acids and antioxidants. Its job isn't simply to flood the skin with moisture for a couple of weeks but to hold the result: raise dermal density and firmness, and extend the effect compared with standard biorevitalizers. Suitable for face, neck, décolleté and the back of the hands — as a standalone course or as groundwork before fillers and device treatments. A consultation is required; contraindications apply.
The skin is cleansed and disinfected, then a numbing cream is applied for 20–25 minutes. The product is delivered by microinjection into the mid dermis — papular or linear-retrograde technique depending on the area. A face session takes 30–40 minutes. It finishes with a soothing product and SPF.
What separates Long Lasting from entry-level cocktails is concentration and the composition of the carrier. High-concentration hyaluronic acid acts as a moisture reservoir in the mid dermis and resorbs more slowly, so the interval between sessions is longer and the course is shorter. The vitamin and amino-acid complex plus antioxidants reduce oxidative stress and give fibroblasts the raw material to synthesise their own collagen. In other words the product works on two fronts at once: mechanical moisture retention plus biostimulation.
In hyaluronic acid concentration and cocktail composition. The HA resorbs more slowly, so the interval between sessions is longer, the course is shorter (2–3 instead of 4–5) and the result holds longer.
After a full course, roughly 3–4 months, after which a maintenance session is recommended. The exact duration depends on age, skin condition, lifestyle and smoking.
Papules last 1–2 days. On thin skin small bruises are possible for up to 5 days. Plan the session about a week before any important event.
Yes, this is a common combination. Biorevitalization is usually done before, or 1–2 weeks after, botulinum toxin and fillers — your practitioner will set the exact sequence at the consultation.
A numbing cream is applied beforehand, so the sensation is manageable. The sensitive areas are around the eyes and the back of the hands.

Book a consultation →A standard course is 2–3 sessions spaced 3–4 weeks apart. Thanks to the high HA concentration the course is shorter than with entry-level biorevitalizers. Maintenance is one session every 3–4 months. Full effect is assessed 3–4 weeks after the last session, once the biostimulation phase completes.
Against entry-level cocktails such as NCTF 135 or Hyalual 1.1%, RRS HA Long Lasting carries more concentrated HA, so its effect on skin density is more pronounced and it needs fewer sessions. Against Novacutan Y-Bio the goal is similar (HA + amino acids), but RRS emphasises how long the result is held. Against polynucleotides (Rejuran, Plinest) the mechanism differs: RRS works through hyaluronic acid and nutrients, polynucleotides through PDRN-driven regeneration. The two are often combined in one programme.
At Paramed, RRS® HA Long Lasting is administered by certified practitioners. We use only the original Skin Tech product and control storage conditions and expiry dates. At the consultation the practitioner assesses your skin and decides whether the Long Lasting formula is the right fit or whether it's better to start with an entry-level biorevitalizer.
