Dermaheal is a range of mesotherapy cocktails from the South Korean company Caregen, built on biomimetic peptides and growth factors. Its defining feature isn't versatility but specificity: each goal gets its own composition rather than one product for everything. Five formulas are available at Paramed: HSR (Healthy Skin Recovery) — an anti-aging cocktail for smoothness and tone, face 30+; SB (Skin Brightening) — brightening, with glutathione and kojic acid, for pigmentation and melasma; Eyebag Solution — for under-eye bags and puffiness; Dark Circle Solution — for dark circles; HL (Hair Loss) — scalp mesotherapy against hair fall. A consultation is required; contraindications apply.
The area is cleansed and disinfected; on the face and eye area a numbing cream is applied for 20–25 minutes. The product is delivered by superficial microinjection — nappage or papular technique depending on the formula and area. On the scalp, injections follow the parting, without anaesthesia or with cooling. The session takes 20–30 minutes. It finishes with a soothing product, and SPF for the face.
Caregen's peptides act as signalling molecules: they reproduce the messages of natural growth factors and through them influence cell behaviour. That explains the narrow specialisation of each formula. HSR uses peptides that stimulate collagen synthesis and skin renewal. SB works against melanogenesis — plus glutathione and kojic acid as well-established brightening components. Eyebag Solution contains caffeine and peptides with a drainage effect: the target is puffiness and fat pads, not pigment. Dark Circle Solution addresses dark circles, including the haemosiderin component and pigmentation of thin skin. HL works on the hair follicle, stimulating growth and density.
By goal: HSR for general facial anti-aging, SB for pigmentation and dull tone, Eyebag Solution for puffiness and bags, Dark Circle Solution for dark circles, HL for hair loss. Your practitioner selects the formula at the consultation; sometimes two are combined in one course.
Partially — if the issue is puffiness and lymphatic stasis. If the bags are formed by herniated fat pads, injections give a limited result; fillers or blepharoplasty are what work there. Your practitioner will assess the nature of the problem honestly at the consultation.
Scalp mesotherapy supports the follicle and improves density, but it doesn't treat the cause of the loss. Diagnostics come first: hormones, ferritin, thyroid, trichoscopy. In androgenetic alopecia, injections are part of a combined plan rather than a standalone solution.
It's a different class of product. Dermaheal cocktails are mesotherapy formulas with less hyaluronic acid, so the price is lower and the protocol longer: the result accumulates across sessions.
4–6 for the face, 4–8 for the eye area, 6–10 for the scalp. The exact number depends on the starting point and is determined at the consultation.

Book a consultation →The course depends on the formula. For the face (HSR, SB) — usually 4–6 sessions spaced 1–2 weeks apart. For the eye area (Eyebag, Dark Circle) — 4–8 sessions, as this area responds more slowly. For the scalp (HL) — 6–10 sessions every 1–2 weeks, then maintenance; trichology protocols are always longer because the hair growth cycle is measured in months. Maintenance is one session every 1–2 months.
Against Aquashine (also Caregen), Dermaheal is more of a mesotherapy story: less hyaluronic acid, more targeted actives, a lower price. Against NCTF 135 the mechanism differs: a broad vitamin and amino-acid complex there, narrowly targeted peptides here. It's important to understand the limits: dark circles and under-eye bags often have an anatomical cause — herniated fat pads, volume deficit, shadow cast by the orbital rim. In those cases mesotherapy gives partial improvement while the actual solution is fillers or surgery, and your practitioner will say so plainly.
All five Dermaheal formulas are stocked at Paramed, so the protocol is chosen by the goal. We use original Caregen products with controlled storage conditions and expiry dates. A separate note on the eye area and on hair: we always assess the nature of the problem first — where the cause is anatomical, or where hormonal issues haven't been investigated, injections won't deliver the expected result, and it's fairer to say that before a course rather than after.
