LED phototherapy is painless light treatment of the skin with LEDs of different wavelengths: blue light works on acne and bacteria, red light on collagen stimulation, tone and recovery, and calms redness. The procedure is comfortable, with no downtime, and often complements facial cleansing, peels and injectables. Contraindications apply.
We cleanse the skin, choose the spectrum (blue/red) for the goal and run a 10–20-minute session under the LED panel. It can be standalone or part of a care plan.
LED light doesn't heat or injure the skin: photons are absorbed by cells and trigger biostimulation (photobiomodulation). Blue (~415 nm) targets acne bacteria; red (~630 nm) supports collagen and healing. A course of several short sessions; it pairs well with other procedures on the same day.
Acne and inflammation (blue light), plus skin tone, glow and recovery (red light).
No, the procedure is painless and non-heating; you only feel a gentle light.
