Overview
ParamedVelaShape (Candela, formerly Syneron) combines bipolar RF, infrared light, vacuum and massage rollers: it heats the tissue, improves lymphatic drainage and the look of cellulite, and temporarily reduces the circumference of the area. Accent UltraSpeed (Alma Lasers) is RF + ultrasound: on top of heating and skin tightening it acts on fat cells, so it works on volume too. Paramed doesn't have a VelaShape device — we offer Accent UltraSpeed and anti-cellulite massage. Contraindications apply.
