Technology
ParamedClearChoice combines two modules of the Alma Harmony XL Pro. ClearLift is a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser at 1064 nm that delivers very short pulses. These create a photomechanical effect inside the nail plate and nail bed that breaks down spores. Dye-VL then heats the fungal mycelium. Using both in the same session targets the fungus in two ways. Because the damaged nail does not repair itself, improvement shows as clear nail grows out from the base.

Preparation & aftercare

Course plan
