ParamedCellbooster® is a line of injectable cocktails from the Swiss company Suisselle. The Shape formula is built specifically for the body: hyaluronic acid handles hydration and skin quality, while L-carnitine and a complex of actives address localised fat deposits and the appearance of cellulite. This is not a lipolytic in the classic sense — the product doesn't aggressively rupture fat-cell membranes but works more gently, improving skin tone and texture in the area at the same time. Main areas are the abdomen, thighs, saddlebags, inner thighs and arms. A consultation is required; contraindications apply.

How it works
ParamedThe area is cleansed and disinfected, and a numbing cream is applied if needed. The product is delivered by microinjection into the subcutaneous fat layer following a marked grid across the area. A single-area session takes 20–30 minutes. It finishes with a soothing product and guidance on hydration and activity for the first few days.
Technology
ParamedWhat separates Shape from pure lipolytics such as Lipolax or Lipolab is intent. Phosphatidylcholine and deoxycholic acid lipolytics aim to destroy adipocytes, produce pronounced swelling and require downtime. Cellbooster Shape works through metabolism: L-carnitine participates in transporting fatty acids into mitochondria, supporting fat utilisation rather than rupturing the cell directly. The hyaluronic acid in the formula simultaneously improves skin hydration and firmness — which matters, because as volume decreases the skin shouldn't lose tone. Preparation & aftercare

- 24 hours before — no alcohol
- Don't come on an empty stomach; drink water
- No hair removal or aggressive scrubs in the area for 2–3 days before
- Inform your practitioner about chronic conditions, hormone therapy and allergies
- Drink more water for the first 2–3 days — it supports lymphatic drainage
- Light activity or a walk on the day of the session
- No sauna, steam room, pool for 3–5 days
- No aggressive massage of the area for 48 hours
- Wear loose clothing for the first 24 hours

Not in the classic sense. Phosphatidylcholine lipolytics rupture fat-cell membranes. Cellbooster Shape works through metabolism — L-carnitine supports fatty-acid utilisation — and improves skin quality in parallel via hyaluronic acid. That's why recovery is gentler.

Usually 3–5, spaced 1–2 weeks apart. The exact number depends on the area, the volume and the starting condition of the skin — your practitioner will determine it at the consultation.
? Will it replace exercise and diet? ⌄
No. The product supports fat metabolism in a specific area, but a durable result requires hydration and physical activity. Injections don't work as a standalone weight-loss method.
? How painful is it, and what happens afterwards? ⌄
