Overview
ParamedBiorevitalization is an injectable procedure in which stabilized high-concentration hyaluronic acid is delivered into the mid layers of the skin. Unlike classic mesotherapy (which uses vitamin and amino acid cocktails), biorevitalization works primarily on skin density and firmness: hyaluronic acid binds water in the dermis and stimulates the skin's own collagen production. It suits face, neck, décolleté and hands — especially when skin looks dehydrated, dull or has lost density. At Paramed we use original products: Aquashine BR/PTX, Restylane Vital, Hyalual, Jalupro, Teosyal Redensity I. A typical course is 3–5 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart. A consultation is required; contraindications apply.
What changes after biorevitalization
Paramed- ✅ Deep hydration — skin no longer looks dehydrated
- ✅ Increased density and firmness
- ✅ Smoothed texture and fine relief
- ✅ Glow and refreshed look
- ✅ Reduction of fine lines and crepey skin
- ✅ Better skin readiness for other treatments (peels, laser, fractional)
How the procedure goes
ParamedThe skin is cleansed and a topical anaesthetic is applied for 20–30 minutes. The product is then delivered via micro-injections — either as papules (visible 1–2 mm "bubbles" that absorb within 1–2 days) or via linear technique. The session takes 30–40 minutes per zone. Mild discomfort, small bruises and slight swelling are possible for 1–3 days — especially after the first treatment. After 24 hours you can return to normal activity; avoid makeup on day one.
How biorevitalization works
ParamedBiorevitalization products are based on unmodified or lightly stabilized hyaluronic acid (1–2%). HA is delivered via multiple micro-injections (papule technique or linear technique) into the mid dermis. Part of the HA acts as a "water reservoir" — binding water and improving turgor in the first days. The rest triggers a biological response: fibroblasts are activated and begin producing the skin's own collagen and elastin. The effect builds over 2–3 weeks after a session and lasts 2–4 months from a single treatment; lasting results come from a course of 3–5 sessions.
- Products based on pure hyaluronic acid (1–2%)
- Micro-injections into the mid dermis
- Water binding + stimulation of native collagen
- Effect builds over 2–3 weeks post-session
- A 3–5 session course delivers lasting results

FAQ
Paramed? How is biorevitalization different from mesotherapy? ⌄
Biorevitalization is first and foremost hyaluronic acid — it hydrates and densifies the skin. Mesotherapy is cocktails with vitamins and amino acids targeting specific concerns. The terms get mixed up because both are delivered via micro-injections.
? Will injection marks be visible? ⌄
Papules (1–2 mm dots) last 1–2 days. Small bruises are possible on thin skin. An experienced practitioner minimizes marks, but they're hard to avoid entirely on a first treatment.
? When are results visible? ⌄
Hydration and glow — immediately. Density and firmness build over 2–3 weeks after a session. The full course effect — 1–2 months after the last session.
? Which product should I choose? ⌄
For first treatments and younger skin (under 30) — Aquashine BR or Hyalual 1.1%. Universal anti-aging options — Aquashine PTX, Hyalual 1.8%, Jalupro HMW. For significant density loss — Hyalual 2.2%, Teosyal Redensity I, Restylane Vital. The final pick is made during consultation.
? Can biorevitalization be done in summer? ⌄
Yes, with strict SPF 30+ and no active tanning for the first 2 weeks after treatment.
? How often should I repeat? ⌄
After a 3–5 session course — maintenance every 2–3 months.
? Can it be combined with peels and laser? ⌄
Yes, with a 7–14 day interval. A common protocol: peel first (preps the skin), then biorevitalization a week later (fills the refreshed skin with a hydration reservoir).
? Is biorevitalization the same as fillers? ⌄
No. Fillers are dense HA gels for volume restoration (lips, cheeks). Biorevitalization uses liquid formulas that work on skin quality, not volume.

ParamedCourse plan
ParamedA standard course is 3–5 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart. The first two sessions are usually closer together (every 2 weeks), the rest spaced 3–4 weeks. A visible glow effect appears after session 1; lasting density and firmness — after sessions 3–4. Maintenance sessions every 2–3 months. Product choice is set during consultation: lighter options (Aquashine BR, Hyalual 1.1%) for first treatments and younger skin, more concentrated (Hyalual 2.2%, Restylane Vital) for significant loss of density.
