Technology
ParamedLegato from Alma Lasers pairs iPixel RF microplasma with iTED ultrasound delivery of regenerating agents. On the arms it is often the first step. Erbium (Er:YAG 2940 nm, standard or iPixel) and Pixel CO2 (10 600 nm) resurface deeper marks. MegaPixel RF microneedling, made in France, supports collagen and firmness under the surface. The inner arm gets lower energy because the skin there is thinner.
