How each method works
ParamedPRX-T33 is a topical product based on TCA. Hydrogen peroxide in the formula blocks superficial frosting and shedding, so the acid passes through the epidermis without damaging it and works in the dermis to stimulate fibroblasts. Kojic acid adds a brightening effect. The product is massaged in until fully absorbed. Injectable biorevitalization works differently — liquid HA-based products (1–2%) are delivered through a series of micro-injections into the mid dermis. Part of the HA acts as a water reservoir, improving turgor within 1–3 days. The rest activates the skin's own collagen and elastin production. The effect of injections builds over 2–3 weeks; PRX-T33's effect builds over 2–4 weeks and accumulates across the course.
