PRX-T33 vs BioRePeel — which peel to choose in Baku
Both are next-gen Italian peels — TCA-based and without aggressive shedding. PRX-T33 leans toward lifting and skin density, BioRePeel toward texture, pores and post-acne. At Paramed both treatments are 100 AZN, so the choice is purely about indications.

Overview
ParamedPRX-T33 and BioRePeel CL3 are the two most popular next-gen peels in the "no-peel peel" segment. Both are Italian, both TCA-based, both skip the heavy shedding of classic peels. But they are different products with different philosophies. PRX-T33 (WiQo) is primarily a no-needle biorevitalization — 33% TCA stabilized with hydrogen peroxide acts deep in the dermis to stimulate collagen without damaging the epidermis. BioRePeel CL3 (Difa Cooper) is a biphasic peel — gentle exfoliation and biostimulation at once thanks to TCA, amino acids, vitamins and salicylic acid. Which to pick depends on the priority: lifting and firmness, or texture, pores and post-acne. They are often combined in a single protocol.
When to choose which
Paramed- ✅ Age 35+, loss of firmness, skin density — PRX-T33
- ✅ Post-acne, enlarged pores, uneven texture — BioRePeel
- ✅ Dull tone, lack of glow — both work
- ✅ Pigmentation and photoaging — both, often in combination
- ✅ Body (stretch marks, back, back acne) — BioRePeel Gold
- ✅ Neck, décolleté, hands — PRX-T33 priority
Can they be combined
ParamedYes, and it is a popular protocol. One session — BioRePeel for exfoliation, evening out texture and pores. One to two weeks later — PRX-T33 for lifting and collagen stimulation. This dual approach addresses two different concerns at once. The exact sequence is set by your practitioner after a skin assessment.
How the formulas differ
ParamedPRX-T33 contains 33% trichloroacetic acid (TCA), hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid. The peroxide blocks the superficial frosting and shedding seen with a classic TCA peel, letting the acid work in deeper layers. The product is massaged into the skin until fully absorbed. BioRePeel CL3 is built differently — a biphasic formula. The lipophilic phase protects the epidermis; the hydrophilic phase delivers 35% TCA, amino acids (glycine, proline, arginine), vitamins (C, B2), and salicylic / citric / lactobionic acids. The product is left on the skin for 5–10 minutes. Light micro-peeling may appear 1–2 days later, but nothing close to a classic TCA peel.
- PRX-T33 — 33% TCA + H₂O₂ + kojic acid, applied by massage
- BioRePeel CL3 — biphasic 35% TCA + amino acids + vitamins, held 5–10 min
- Neither causes heavy shedding or frost
- Both are safe year-round with strict SPF use
- Both are typically delivered in courses of 4–6 sessions
