Dives BTX Lifting Complex (Dives Med) is an anti–mimic-wrinkle cocktail with a 'botox-like' effect but no botulinum toxin. It is based on bicellular hyaluronic acid and the Argireline hexapeptide (Acetyl Hexapeptide-8). Argireline gently reduces excessive contraction of the mimic muscles, while hyaluronic acid hydrates the skin and fills wrinkles from within. It is a delicate option for those not yet ready for botulinum toxin injections, or as an add-on to skincare. At Paramed, BTX Lifting is applied to mimic-wrinkle areas (forehead, glabella, crow's feet) by mesotherapy or microneedling. It is a cosmetic procedure; it does not replace botulinum therapy but provides a gentle smoothing and hydrating effect.
Softens mimic wrinkles (forehead, glabella, crow's feet). Deep hydration and a radiance effect. Relaxes and smooths skin without botulinum toxin injections. Gentle lift and improved texture. A good 'entry' into anti-ageing for those not ready for toxin. Combines well with microneedling, biorevitalisation and exosomes.
At the consultation the doctor assesses the depth of mimic wrinkles and selects the areas. The skin is cleansed and, if needed, a topical anaesthetic is applied. The Dives BTX Lifting cocktail is delivered by mesotherapy or through microneedling to the forehead, glabella and around the eyes. A single session takes about 30–40 minutes. The standard course is 4–6 sessions 1–2 weeks apart; the effect is cumulative and maintained with repeat sessions.
BTX Lifting Complex combines two mechanisms. The Argireline hexapeptide (Acetyl Hexapeptide-8) gently modulates signal transmission at the neuromuscular junction, reducing excessive contraction of the mimic muscles — hence the 'botox-like' relaxing effect that helps prevent mimic wrinkles from deepening. Bicellular hyaluronic acid restores hydration and fills wrinkles from within, giving a fresh, firmer look. Unlike botulinum toxin injections, the action is milder and reversible, without blocking the muscles.

No. It is a milder, reversible procedure that does not block the muscles. It does not replace botulinum toxin injections but helps soften mimic wrinkles and hydrate the skin.
Most often the forehead, glabella and the area around the eyes (crow's feet).
Usually a course of 4–6 sessions 1–2 weeks apart, then maintenance. The exact schedule is set by the doctor.
The procedure is minimally invasive; a numbing cream is applied if needed and it is usually well tolerated.
It is best to postpone the procedure during this period. Always consult your doctor.
