How the session goes
ParamedThe doctor assesses your expression in motion — asking you to raise your brows, frown, smile — and sees which muscles are active and how strongly. The points and the dose follow from that rather than from a template. The skin is cleaned with antiseptic and numbing cream is applied if needed. The product goes in through a very fine needle at specific points: the whole thing takes 10–15 minutes. You can go straight back to your day afterwards; you just need to stay upright for 4 hours and avoid exercise and saunas that day.
Preparation & aftercare

That is why the review is booked at two weeks — if a touch-up is needed the doctor adjusts the dose, which is normal practice rather than a correction of a mistake. The result lasts 4–6 months on average, depending on metabolism, muscle strength and training load. For hyperhidrosis it usually lasts longer, 6–9 months. The repeat session is done when the effect begins to fade rather than after it has gone completely; with regular courses the intervals usually lengthen.
Botox, filler and biorevitalization are not interchangeable
ParamedThree different problems, three different products. Botox works on the muscle: it stops lines caused by movement — forehead, glabella, around the eyes. Filler adds volume and restores shape: cheekbones, lips, nasolabial folds, jawline, from 170 AZN. Biorevitalization does neither — it works on skin quality: hydration, density, tone. Injecting filler into an expression line, or botox into a sagging cheek, is money wasted. At the consultation the doctor says which of them your case needs, or which combination.
