Overview
ParamedAestheFill is an injectable by the Korean company Regen Biotech for correcting facial wrinkles and folds. It is based on poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA): porous microspheres (about 27 µm on average) with carboxymethylcellulose. It works in two stages: first it fills the treated area, then the microspheres stimulate fibroblasts so the skin gradually produces its own collagen — it becomes denser and lost volume returns naturally. At Paramed the treatment is performed by cosmetologist Dr. Elmira Jamalova. A consultation is required; there are contraindications.
Benefits
Paramed- ✅ Correction of facial wrinkles and folds
- ✅ Gradual restoration of lost volume
- ✅ Denser, firmer skin through your own collagen
- ✅ Natural result, no 'overfilled' look
- ✅ Suitable for women and men
How it works
Paramed1. Consultation: the doctor assesses the skin and areas of volume loss and explains contraindications. 2. The injection vectors are marked on the skin. 3. The product is reconstituted with sterile water. 4. Injection with a cannula or needle along the marking, then massage. 5. Aftercare advice for the first days.
Technology
ParamedAestheFill comes as a lyophilised powder in a 200 mg vial and is reconstituted with sterile water just before the treatment. Compared with poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), PDLLA microspheres need less water and less time to reconstitute. It is injected with a cannula or needle along pre-marked vectors, so the material spreads evenly in the right layers.

FAQ
Paramed? Is it a filler? ⌄
AestheFill fills the area at first, but the main effect is stimulating your own collagen — which is why it is called a biostimulator: the result builds up gradually.
? How is PDLLA different from PLLA (Sculptra)? ⌄
Both are polylactic acid. AestheFill uses poly-D,L-lactic acid as porous microspheres; compared with PLLA it needs less water and time to reconstitute.
? When will I see results? ⌄
Part of the effect is visible straight away; the main result develops gradually as your own collagen forms.
? Who performs the treatment? ⌄
Cosmetologist Dr. Elmira Jamalova.
? How much does AestheFill cost? ⌄
The price is set at consultation — it depends on the areas and the amount of product. The doctor will tell you before the treatment.

ParamedCourse plan
ParamedThe result develops gradually as your own collagen forms. The number of sessions, the amount of product and the intervals are set by the doctor at consultation, based on your skin and goal.
Comparison
ParamedUnlike hyaluronic fillers, which give volume immediately through the gel itself, AestheFill works as a biostimulator: the main effect is your own collagen, which builds up gradually. That is why it is chosen when skin density and natural volume restoration matter more than an instant result. Whether a hyaluronic filler, a biostimulator or both suit you, the doctor will advise at consultation.
