ParamedDives 7-V Lift (Dives Med) is a profiloplastic biostimulator for facial contouring and lifting with a record-high hyaluronic acid concentration — 99 mg in 3 ml. It is delivered with the proprietary Up-Tech7 technique into 7 strategic points, restoring the face's natural proportions: it tightens the cheekbones, jawline and temples and improves the facial oval. Unlike fillers, 7-V Lift works not by adding volume but as a biostimulator — supporting skin firmness and density. It is used on the face and neck (as well as the décolleté and hands). How it works
ParamedAt the consultation the doctor analyses the proportions and skin tone and marks the anchor points. The skin is cleansed and, if needed, a topical anaesthetic is applied. The product (3 ml) is delivered with the Up-Tech7 technique into 7 strategic points of the face (or the corresponding neck areas), then the area is gently massaged for even distribution. A single session takes about 30–40 minutes. The standard course is 2–3 sessions about 30 days apart; the result develops gradually as biostimulation takes effect.

Preparation & aftercare
Paramed- Avoid harsh peels and retinoids on the treatment area for 2–3 days before.
- Tell the doctor about any medications (especially anticoagulants) and chronic conditions.
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before the procedure.
- Arrive with clean skin and no make-up.
- Do not schedule the procedure with active breakouts or herpes in the area.
- Mention any tendency to allergies and any previously placed fillers.
- Do not massage the area, except as instructed by the doctor, on the first day.
- Avoid sun, sauna and steam room for a week.
- Skip harsh cosmetics and peels for 5–7 days.
- Avoid intense exercise for 48 hours.
- Drink enough water to maintain hydration.
- Follow the course intervals as recommended by your doctor.
